This Privacy Policy explains how Redeye Leads ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and lead-delivery services (the "Service"). It applies to both consumers who submit their information through our funnels ("Leads") and businesses that purchase lead credits ("Customers").

1. Information we collect
From Leads. When a consumer submits information through one of our funnels, we collect the information the consumer provides, such as name, mobile phone number, email address, state, and any additional details requested by the funnel. We also receive a soft credit-check verification result (whether the consumer's score is at or above our threshold) from our verification partner.
From Customers. We collect business information you provide when you register or use the Service, such as company name, contact name, business phone number, and email address; billing and transaction information; and technical information such as log-in times and IP address.
Automatically. We collect basic technical information about visits to our website, such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring page.
SMS interactions. If you participate in our SMS program, we collect information about your text-message interactions, including your opt-in timestamp and opt-in source, message delivery status, and opt-out requests.
2. How we use information
- to operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
- to verify leads and deliver them to Customers in real time;
- to create and administer Customer accounts, process payments, and provide support;
- to send transactional messages (such as account, billing, delivery, and support messages) and, with consent, promotional text messages (see Section 4);
- to detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues; and
- to comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We share Lead information with the Customer who purchases the lead; that sharing is described at the point of collection and is the purpose of the Service. We share information with service providers that help us operate the Service (such as payment processing, email delivery, hosting, credit verification, and analytics), only as needed to perform their functions and subject to confidentiality obligations. We may share information if required by law or legal process, or to protect our rights, and in connection with a merger or acquisition. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
4. SMS text messaging
With your consent, we may send you text messages about your account, customer support, service updates, appointment reminders, and our services. Consenting to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies; typically no more than 5 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time (we will send one final confirmation message); reply HELP for help or email ed@redeyeleads.com. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 or older to participate. Full terms are in Section 18 of our Terms of Service.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Data retention
We keep Lead information as long as needed to deliver leads, satisfy our record-keeping obligations, and defend claims, and then delete or de-identify it. We keep Customer account and transaction records for the life of the account and as required by tax and other laws.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, such as encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege access for employees. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. US state privacy rights
If you are a resident of California, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and residents of other states may have similar rights under their state privacy laws. Depending on your state, these may include the right to know what personal information is collected about you, the right to access and delete personal information, the right to correct inaccurate personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. 9. Do-not-sell statement
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is no opt-out needed because there is nothing to opt out of.
10. International users
The Service is operated in the United States and is intended for US-based businesses and consumers. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and the posted version governs your use of the Service. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the Service before they take effect.
